May 21, 2011 - Green Bay resident Adam Metoxen (left) and Shelby County Commissioner Steve Mulroy hold their hands up as they speed down the track on the Zippin Pippin on opening day of the rebirthed roller coaster at Bay Beach Amusement Park in Green Bay, Wis.
